Sauna Host (Part-Time)

Pay: $20-$25/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8hr shifts
Location: Mukilteo, Everett, and various locations around Snohomish County, WA

About Evergreen Sauna

Evergreen Sauna is a mobile, wood fired sauna whose mission is to build sauna culture in Snohomish county. We host community sauna sessions, deliver the sauna for private rentals, and build custom saunas.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Sauna Host to help keep the sauna safe, clean, and welcoming during our community sauna sessions. You’ll greet guests, share sauna tips and safety info, keep everything clean, keep an eye on sessions, and help out with bookings and questions. Experience in hospitality or wellness is a plus, but passion for sauna culture is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Unlock and set up sauna, shower system, and outside accessories

  • Welcome guests and check waivers

  • Give short safety and orientation brief to each party

  • Check and maintain the wood fired sauna stove to ensure proper sauna temperature at all times

  • Clean sauna between sessions

  • Sauna Host will not be required to transport the sauna

What you bring

  • Background in health/wellness, hospitality, or face to face customer service

  • Friendly, outgoing, and love connecting with people

  • Reliability. We need someone who will always be there on time to set up and make sure the sauna is ready for the first session

  • Able to lift/move 50 lbs, work outdoors in cold/wet weather, and be on your feet for a lot of your shift

  • Able to follow written instructions and handle basic technology like check in apps or POS systems

  • Top notch communication skills for both guests and other team members

  • Belief in growing sauna culture across Snohomish county and beyond
