What to expect:

• A community sauna session in our mobile, wood-fired sauna

• The sauna seats up to 8 people, and will be set between 180-200 degrees

• Optional cold plunges in a chilled, filtered, portable cold plunge tank

• A relaxed atmosphere, ideal for first time sauna users or seasoned pros

• Space to sit between rounds

• A heated (or cold) outdoor shower for rinsing off

• We’ll be set up next to the Snohomish Running Co pop-up shop and community run, do the sauna and cold plunge before or after your run or just do the sauna by itself!

• Before or after your session, redeem a voucher for a free 12oz drink of your choice across the street at Snohomish Coffee Co.

• Sauna master on duty
